We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freight Broker with proven experience in the US logistics market to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling and outbound sales (US market)
Build and maintain solid relationships with shippers and carriers
Manage end-to-end freight movement and ensure timely coordination
Negotiate competitive rates with shippers and carriers
Maintain accurate records in CRM/TMS systems
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve operational issues

Qualifications
Minimum 6+ months of experience as a Freight Broker (US market)
Proven track record in sales, brokerage, or logistics operations
Solid English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Confident in cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals
