Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program/Portfolio Management Specialist to join our PMO team. The successful candidate will support program coordination, portfolio oversight, and governance activities in a large or international IT organization, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Job Description:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
47 years of experience in PMO, program coordination, or portfolio management roles within large or international IT organizations.




Solid understanding of program and portfolio management principles, including project lifecycle, governance, reporting, and KPIs.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (or similar tools).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid focus on data quality and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
Self-driven, reliable, and structured, with a robust focus on quality, accountability, and delivering results.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
