Key Responsibility – Rate & Quotation Management
Prepare and provide quotations/rates to customers based on the approved price list or management guidelines.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager/Pricing Team/Purchase Team to obtain rates for special or non-standard enquiries.
Ensure all quotations are accurate, commercially viable, and sent within the defined turnaround time.
Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and update the sales team on quotation status.
Maintain records of all quotations, revisions, and customer communications in the CRM system.
Ensure no unauthorized discounts or pricing are shared without management approval.
Coordinate with internal departments to confirm product availability, delivery timelines, and commercial terms before issuing quotations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
