Job Summary

Forplanet Ingredients is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Executive to support daily logistics and transportation operations. The role involves coordinating vehicle movement, tracking shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely and cost-effective material flow.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics operations including vehicle scheduling and route planning.
Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain logistics documents (delivery challans, invoices, GRNs, etc.).
Monitor fuel usage, trip records, and basic cost controls.
Update logistics data in systems/spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
Assist in resolving delivery delays, shortages,



or operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
Support senior logistics executives in process improvements and reporting.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with fleet management or logistics software.
Knowledge of local transport regulations and documentation.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.

Language Requirements
Must be able to communicate effectively in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and English.
Basic proficiency in Hindi is required.
