A well-established polyclinic in Cuttack is looking for a welcoming, organized, and multi-skilled Billing & Reception Executive to join our front-desk team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage OPD doctor appointments, execute quick and accurate billing across integrated services—including OPD consultations, Diagnostic Lab tests, basic Radiology, and Pharmacy—and ensure an excellent overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Management
Warmly greet patients, visitors, and families upon arrival.
Direct patients efficiently to doctor consultation rooms, diagnostic labs, or radiology departments.
Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate doctor OPD timings.
Maintain cleanliness and decorum at the reception counter
Billing & Cashiering Services
Generate accurate bills for:
Doctor OPD consultations
Diagnostic Laboratory tests
Basic Radiology (X-Ray / Ultrasound, etc.)
Pharmacy counter sales
Handle cash, credit/debit card, and UPI payments accurately.




Maintain daily collection sheets and handover cash/reports at the close of shift.
Patient & Records Coordination
Register recent patients in the system and update existing patient demographic files.
Help patients collect test reports (Lab/Radiology) and hand them over promptly.
Explain basic procedural costs to patients clearly and politely.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate / Diploma.
Experience: Freshers with solid communication skills can apply. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years' experience in hospital front-desk, clinic billing, or diagnostic lab reception are preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and ability to use billing software (training will be provided).
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Odia
Good understanding of Hindi and basic English.
Soft Skills: Pleasant personality, patience with sick/elderly patients, strong multitasking, and punctuality.
