Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
Handle execution of excavation, PCC, RCC, foundations, pedestals, structural works, masonry, plastering, industrial flooring, roads, drains, and other civil works.
Check shuttering, reinforcement, line, level, dimensions, cover, laps, embedded items, sleeves, inserts, and anchor bolts before concreting.
Plan and supervise concrete pours, vibration, finishing, curing, and related quality requirements.
Plan daily work activities and ensure availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and explicit work fronts.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, foremen, and labour teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Monitor work progress against the project schedule and immediately highlight delays, constraints, or material shortages.
Ensure quality of work as per approved drawings, specifications,



and standard construction practices.
Coordinate inspections, concrete cube testing, material testing, and maintain necessary site records.
Check and record measurements of executed work for subcontractor billing and quantity verification.
Minimize rework, material wastage, and execution errors through proper planning and supervision.
Report daily progress, constraints, and upcoming requirements to the Project Manager / Construction Manager.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–10 years in civil construction and site execution
Experience in industrial projects, distillery plants, factories, process plants, warehouses, or large RCC projects will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
