Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by preparing quotations and proposals.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and video calls.
Assist with product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
Handle product documentation and compliance-related requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and industrial products.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Remote
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
