About Us:
We are a retail shop looking to grow our presence on social media, especially Instagram. We want someone creative, proactive, and trend-aware who can help us build engaging content and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content for Instagram, especially Reels and short-form videos
Plan and execute a consistent content calendar
Write captions that match the brand voice and drive engagement
Identify trends and adapt them creatively for our brand
Shoot and edit basic photo/video content (in-store or with products)
Post content at optimal times and manage daily social media activity
Respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries professionally
Reach out to potential customers/influencers for collaborations or feedback




Track performance and suggest improvements based on insights

Requirements:
Experience managing Instagram pages or creating content
Positive understanding of reels, trends, and viral content
Basic video editing skills (using mobile apps or software)
Solid communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to take initiative

Preferred (not mandatory):
Experience in retail/fashion/lifestyle brands
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
