Job Description

The Production Support Lead will be responsible for leading the support team, managing production incidents, monitoring application performance, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Production Support team.
Handle major and critical production incidents.
Monitor applications, systems, alerts, and logs.
Manage support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
Coordinate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and client teams.
Manage support shifts and team workload.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Track response and resolution times.
Use Jira for incident and ticket management.
Use Datadog and other monitoring tools for application monitoring.
Support Cloud and Kubernetes environments.




Communicate with clients and stakeholders during critical incidents.
Improve support processes and reduce recurring production issues.

Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Production or Application Support.
Experience leading a technical support team.
Solid knowledge of ITIL and Incident Management.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on understanding of Kubernetes.
Experience with Jira and Datadog or similar tools.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Experience with SLA and incident management.

Preferred Skills

Docker, Linux/Unix, SQL, REST APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, AI/ML application support, and ITIL certification.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District)
