We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in the real estate and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with contractors, labour, and vendors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Ensure safety practices are followed at the site.
Support timely project completion by coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
0–3 years of experience in residential construction (Freshers can also apply).
Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹10,946.45 - ₹37,680.78 per month
