Job Summary

JB Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of accounting experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day accounting work, preparing reports, and supporting tax and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
Support the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and audit documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.




Assist senior management with financial reports and documentation as required.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience with Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in an advertising, media, or service-based company.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Familiarity with online GST and TDS filing portals.
