Roles and Responsibilities :
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Basic understanding of networking principles.
Previous internship or academic projects related to application support or software development.
Provide first-level support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to the company's applications.
Troubleshoot software problems and collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions.
Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
