Job Title: Director of Engineering

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 9+ Years (3–4 Years in Leadership)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering who can lead architecture, build scalable systems, and manage high-performing engineering teams. This role is not purely managerial — candidates are expected to actively contribute to coding, system design, and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end system architecture across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI platforms
Write production-grade code and build scalable backend services & APIs
Design high-performance systems including real-time pipelines and AI/ML integrations
Hire, mentor, and manage engineering teams
Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and development processes
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams for solution delivery
Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)





Required Skills:
Solid experience in full-stack development (React/Next.js, Node.js/Python)
Expertise in system design, scalable architecture, and cloud (AWS)
Hands-on experience with APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:
Experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or 3D rendering
Startup experience or product-based environment
