About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and AV systems, as well as proven leadership abilities to manage a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
Install and configure Skilled and Public Announcement (PA) systems.
Set up, configure, and maintain CCTV, biometric devices, and video door phones.
Install and configure projectors for various environments.
Perform networking tasks, including crimping and basic network setup.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV and security systems.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Maintain documentation of installations and service reports.





Skills & Qualifications
Proven knowledge of Professional and Public Announcement systems.
Hands-on experience in CCTV, biometric, and video door phone installation and configuration.
Experience with projector installation and configuration.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and cable crimping.
Prior experience managing or supervising a team of technicians.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
