Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in IT support. The intern will assist users with basic technical issues, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and provide day-to-day technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install and configure software and systems.
Assist with system maintenance and updates.
Record and track support tickets.
Escalate complex issues to the senior support team.
Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and computer hardware.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn current technologies.
Ability to work in a team setting.
