We are looking for an HR Executive for an industrial manufacturing company. The candidate will handle recruitment, attendance, employee coordination, and basic HR operations.
Handle recruitment
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirement
Employee documentation and joining formalities
Handle basic HR operations and compliance
Support payroll coordination
Employee communication and issue handling
BBA / MBA (HR) preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years Experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
