Store Executive

Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: 15-18k

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inward and outward material movement efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Warehouse teams.
Perform GRN preparation and material receipt verification.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards in the store.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Experience in manufacturing, forging, casting, engineering, or automotive industry preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with ERP/SAP software will be an added advantage.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
