Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.)
Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Maintain brand consistency across all social channels

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Robust understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social




Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
