Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries and convert leads into consultations and sales.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients' skin, hair, or body concerns.
Recommend appropriate treatment plans and packages based on client needs and doctor recommendations.
Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Handle objections professionally and guide clients in making informed decisions.
Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages and skincare products.
Coordinate with doctors, skin therapists, and front office staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM.




Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales counseling, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, healthcare, or luxury service industry.
Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer relationship management and closing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
