Job Title: Data Entry Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent chance for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in data management, administrative processes, and office operations. The intern will assist in entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Assist in performing routine data quality checks and correcting errors.
Support the team in generating reports and maintaining documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing or updated information.
Follow company policies regarding data confidentiality and information security.




Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Fast typing speed with a focus on accuracy.
Familiarity with internet browsing and email communication.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a cooperative team setting.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of data entry and record management.
Familiarity with CRM or database software is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
