Manage the daily activities of the company's e-commerce website and ensure it runs smoothly.
Handle all online orders, including processing purchase and sales orders, tracking them, and ensuring they are delivered on time.
Respond to customer enquiries received through the website and coordinate with the concerned team or vendor to resolve them.
Work with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure products are available and orders are delivered on time.
Update the website with correct product details, pricing, stock availability, offers, and other required information.
Check product stock regularly and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep inventory information accurate on the website.
Report website issues to the technical support team and follow up until they are resolved.
Assist customers with order-related issues, deliveries, returns, refunds,



and product queries as per company policies.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer enquiries, orders, sales, inventory, and other operational activities.
Maintain proper records of customer communications, vendor discussions, and order details for future reference and audits.

Pay: ₹11,220.41 - ₹31,542.14 per month
