Job Description:
WebOsmotic is looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience in IT sales to identify, engage, and convert international prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will own the top of our sales funnel — from research and outreach to proposal submission — positioning WebOsmotic as a strategic technology partner to funded startups, product companies, and scaling tech teams across the US, UK, GCC, and Europe.

Required Skills:
LinkedIn outreach, Apollo or similar prospecting tools, cold email campaigns
Writing sharp, customized proposals tailored to the prospect's specific need
Robust written and verbal communication — transparent, concise, and not templated
CRM hygiene and pipeline management (HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar)
Basic understanding of software services — web, mobile, AI, staff augmentation

Responsibilities:
Research and identify high-fit prospects across international markets using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools




Run personalized outreach campaigns and qualify leads through structured discovery
Write and submit customized proposals aligned to client requirements across web, mobile, AI, and dedicated team engagements
Maintain active follow-up with prospects and existing clients to drive pipeline momentum
Collaborate with the growth and delivery team to ensure smooth client handoff
Meet monthly targets for qualified leads generated and proposals submitted
Track and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM with timely updates

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field — sales ability matters more than your major
Prior experience selling staff augmentation, dedicated teams, or technology services to international clients is a robust advantage
Exposure to AI product companies as target accounts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
