Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tester to lead functional and non-functional testing activities for advanced software applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in test planning, automation, performance testing, and mentoring QA teams while ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute functional and non-functional test strategies.
Create and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python/MATLAB.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Performance, Load, Stress, and Security Testing.
Validate image processing and geospatial modules such as classification, segmentation, and change detection.
Lead UI/UX validation and usability testing activities.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.




Mentor junior testers and drive QA best practices.
Prepare test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test execution reports.

Required Skills
6–8 years of experience in Software Testing.
Solid expertise in Functional & Non-Functional Testing.
Experience in Test Automation Frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Python and/or MATLAB.
Positive understanding of Performance, Load, Stress, and Security Testing.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Geospatial, Aerospace, or Defence domain.
Knowledge of SAR/Optical image analysis.
Experience in mentoring QA teams and driving testing strategies.
