Cuisine: Pan Asain
Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operation and food production.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and effective service.
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with HACCP and hotel standards.
Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal menu changes.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, FIFO practices, and temperature control of food items
Educational Qualification:Certification Course in hotel managementMin Experience: 2 to 3 yrs
