Role Overview

We are seeking a highly disciplined and process-driven CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships with precision, consistency, and professionalism. The role demands strict adherence to follow-up systems, accurate data management, and structured communication, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage customer data within CRM systems with complete accuracy
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with clients as per defined timelines
Handle client communication (calls, messages, emails) in a professional and structured manner
Coordinate with Sales, Operations,



and Production teams for smooth execution
Track and update client status, requirements, and progress without delay
Monitor pending tasks and ensure closure within defined timelines
Address client concerns promptly and escalate critical issues when required
Generate and maintain daily/weekly CRM reports and follow-up trackers

Required Skills
Strong communication skills with a skilled and disciplined approach
Working knowledge of CRM tools and systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (data tracking, reporting)
High attention to detail with zero tolerance for data errors
Strong follow-up, coordination, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and email communication
