We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive sense of fashion, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in-store.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits.
Provide fashion styling and product suggestions.
Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries.
Manage WhatsApp and email customer support.
Maintain store displays and ensure visual merchandising standards.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Keep track of inventory and coordinate with the operations team.
Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi
Passion for fashion and styling.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
