Key Responsibilities

Phlebotomy
Perform blood sample collection (adults, children, and elderly) using standard safety protocols.
Label, process, and maintain specimen integrity.
Coordinate sample dispatch to partner laboratories.
Maintain infection control and biomedical waste disposal standards.
Keep records of consumables and inventory related to phlebotomy.

Reception & Front Desk
Welcome and assist patients professionally.
Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain patient records and billing.
Coordinate with physiotherapists and diagnostic partners.
Process payments and generate receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements
DMLT, BMLT,



or Certified Phlebotomy Technician preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience (Freshers with excellent skills may apply).
Positive venipuncture skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Pleasant personality and patient-friendly attitude.
Punctual, honest, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Chinchpokli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
