Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales (HOS) from the building materials industry to lead and expand our sales operations in Hyderabad and Telangana.

The ideal candidate must have strong market knowledge of Hyderabad & Telangana, along with proven experience in driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and managing key client relationships within the construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete sales function for the region
Build, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Drive business growth and market expansion across Hyderabad & Telangana
Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Ensure visibility and reporting of all sales activities
Improve customer experience and sales processes

Key Requirements
Mandatory: 8+ years of experience in the building materials industry
Solid working knowledge of Hyderabad & Telangana market (minimum 5 years exposure)
Candidates can be based in AP, Karnataka, or Telangana (must understand Hyderabad market deeply)




Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving targets
Robust network with industry stakeholders (builders, architects, etc.)
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with strong sales strategy experience

Preferred Profile
Experience in products like uPVC, aluminium systems, glazing, railings, or construction materials
Prior experience as Regional Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Exposure to manufacturing or construction-related companies

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
