Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a Commerce background to support accounting and procurement operations while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of IT assets and hardware
Manage quotations, POs, invoices, and payments
Process orders (Quote-to-Invoice cycle)
Maintain AP/AR and account reconciliations
Update financial records in ERP systems
Coordinate with clients and vendors

Requirements:
B.Com or equivalent
Valuable communication skills (English)
Basic accounting knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred:
Knowledge of QuickBooks or any other accounting software and ERP systems
