Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Solution Advisor Intern to support our sales team in lead management, customer communication, and day-to-day sales operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in business development, customer relationship management, and sales support, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students looking to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Qualify leads from the company database and update customer information.
Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
Support in maintaining CRM records and sales reports.
Help prepare sales-related documents and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.
Learn and understand the company's products and services to communicate effectively with customers.




Perform other sales and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners are preferred.
