About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and client-focused Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, sales teams, and technical experts to understand business requirements, design tailored IT solutions, and support the end-to-end pre-sales process. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering impactful technology solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend the most suitable IT solutions.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to prepare customized proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and solution documents.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and support solution presentations.
Prepare project estimations, pitch decks, technical documentation, and other pre-sales collateral.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs while maintaining accurate project documentation.




Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen business proposals and identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or a similar IT Services role.

-Solid understanding of IT Services, including Web Development and Mobile Application Development.

-Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, solution design, proposal writing, and effort estimation.

-Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.

-Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

-Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

-Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

-Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
