Market Analysis: Preparing comparative market analyses to help sellers price properties accurately and advise on market trends.
Lead Follow-up: Managing CRM systems to promptly follow up on inquiries from marketing efforts, referrals, and events.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of community, floor plans, pricing, and construction features.
