Implement the company's Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, and client requirements.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
Carry out Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA).
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
Monitor work permits (Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space, Electrical, Excavation, etc.).
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare investigation reports.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.
Conduct regular safety audits and compliance inspections.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.




Inspect firefighting equipment and emergency response systems.
Ensure emergency evacuation plans and mock drills are conducted.
Monitor lifting operations, scaffolding, and work-at-height activities.
Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with safety requirements.
Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and project teams on safety matters.
Verify machinery, tools, and equipment are secure before use.
Promote safety awareness and encourage safe work practices.
Monitor housekeeping and maintain a clean and secure workplace.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
