About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced PPC Specialist who can scale eCommerce revenue through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large advertising budgets, optimizing ROAS, reducing CPA, and increasing online sales.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Meta campaigns.
Generate profitable online sales through paid advertising.
Manage monthly ad budgets from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹25 Lakhs.
Improve ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and lower CPA.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create high-converting ad copies.
Build remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
Monitor Google Analytics 4,



Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and Search Console.
Configure and monitor conversion tracking.
Optimize landing pages for higher conversion.
Coordinate with SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid experience in eCommerce Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with:

Meta Ads
Google Merchant Center
GA4
Google Tag Manager
Microsoft Clarity
Looker Studio
Strong knowledge of Shopping Ads and Performance Max.
Experience with Dynamic Remarketing.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
