Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 Fixed Salary
Up to ₹2,000 Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Handle Inbound & Outbound Customer Calls professionally.
Provide Chat Support and resolve customer queries.
Assist customers with Demat Account opening, KYC process, and account-related support.
Provide basic information related to stock market products and services.
Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.
Deliver a skilled and positive customer experience.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Valuable communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
