Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary, discuss employment terms,



and facilitate offer rollouts.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining dates.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare and publish job postings on various recruitment platforms.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and hiring standards.
Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring status updates to management.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
