Manage overall operations of the bakery production plant.
Lead sales performance and business development.
Prepare sales analysis, forecasting, and sales models.
Supervision production, dispatch, maintenance, quality control, and finance coordination.
Ensure smooth operations and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or FMCG industry.
Valid Driving License 2 & 4
Valuable computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Robust leadership, analytical, and operational management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
