Experience: More than 1 Year in Customer Support / Telecalling
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding the company's software products.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
Conduct product demonstrations for interested leads and customers.
Maintain customer records and follow up to maximize conversions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Solid communication in English and Hindi.
Basic Knowledge in Computer, CRM, and ERP tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
