About the Role

Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a smart, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Handle billing, payment collection, and receipt generation.
Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure efficient patient flow.
Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and skilled manner.
Manage daily administrative tasks and support overall clinic operations.




Deliver excellent customer service and address patient queries effectively.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service will be an added advantage.
