Job Overview:
We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waiter/Server to join our vegetarian restaurant team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Present menus and provide detailed information about vegetarian dishes
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Handle billing and payments when required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/server is preferred (freshers can also apply)
Basic knowledge of vegetarian cuisine is a plus
Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English; additional languages are a bonus)
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
