We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our agile sales team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying current sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively present solutions to potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate deals and handle complaints or objections effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
