Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market and a robust understanding of IT technologies and staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions in the US market.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Experience working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder,



Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS requirements.
Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
