Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves handling guest inquiries, assisting customers with hotel bookings, explaining room categories, pricing, packages, and amenities, and ensuring an exceptional booking experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a skilled approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and booking inquiries.
Explain hotel rooms, pricing, packages, facilities, and amenities to guests.
Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and booking confirmations.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Provide accurate information and recommendations based on customer requirements.
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive guest relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Experience in telesales, hospitality, travel, reservations, or customer support is preferred.
Comfortable handling calls and interacting with customers.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
Positive attitude, skilled demeanor, and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales, travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
