Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, and RERA-related financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, project-wise budgets, and cost tracking.
RERA Compliance & Reporting
Manage and monitor RERA-designated project bank accounts.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, including fund utilization and documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, auditors, and consultants for RERA filings and certifications.
Prepare project-wise financial reports as required under RERA guidelines.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in tax filings and coordinate with external consultants.




Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding receivables and project collections.
Audit & Documentation
Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, and management dashboards.
Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounting standards and real estate accounting practices.
Working knowledge of RERA regulations and project accounting.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industries.
Exposure to project accounting and fund management.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to the real estate sector.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
