Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be a B.Com graduate with a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping. Freshers with good accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain vouchers, bills, and financial documents.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments.
Support payroll-related accounting entries, if required.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.





Requirements
B.Com Graduate (Mandatory).
0–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (Freshers are welcome).
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, or other accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting concepts.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Solid analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
