Job Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on PLC programming and industrial automation.
Train students on PLC concepts, Ladder Logic, Wiring, Troubleshooting, Sensors, Actuators, and Control Systems.
Provide hands-on training using PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, or Omron.
Teach HMI, SCADA, VFD, and basic industrial communication protocols.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical lab sessions.
Guide students in real-time automation projects and industry-oriented applications.
Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and placement preparation sessions.
Monitor student progress and provide technical support throughout the training.

Required Skills




Basic to advanced knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
Familiarity with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, EEE, ECE, or a related engineering discipline.
Freshers with strong PLC knowledge are also eligible to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
