Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Present company products and services to clients and negotiate contracts.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand qualified networks.





Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
