Role Purpose
We are looking for a Legal Executive to oversee the legal records and company’s legal matters especially SARFAESI Act, NI act, Criminal cases, etc.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and contracts
Handle legal notices, disputes, and documentation
Maintain legal records and confidential documents
Visiting Courts for hearings
Update MIS and excel sheets with case information
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) - not mandatory
Basic Knowledge of banking and finance related laws like SARFAESI, NI, IPC etc.
Positive communication and drafting skills
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation
Ability to manage confidential information and deadlines
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
