Welcome and assist walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Generate leads through enquiries, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and exchange options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
Follow up on enquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Stay updated on Tata Motors products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
