Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build a solid pipeline of IT professionals for current and future openings.

Requirements




1 year to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.

Preferred Skills
Negotiation and stakeholder management.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹10,150.87 - ₹40,393.27 per month
